Membership
types
We have two types of membership, (1) Free and (2) VIP
members. After the member upgrade their membership, web
system will automatically generate a VIP authorization code
for them. For free members no authorization code.
(1) Free members, user just using their email address
to register and can start to download e-Books for free.
However there are limited access to library features as
follows;

Limited on-line download from 200+ to 400+
e-Books. Once registers as a free member you and
your down line can download 200+ e-Books. |

|
Free member are moveable to any other VIP member
if they get VIP authorization code from any VIP
member – usually in order for them to download over
400+ e-Books. |

|
Free member can observe or get VIP authorization
code from any of our VIP members. Then please key-in
that VIP authorization at your user profile. You can
also simply enter to forum session (after
registration) and find out any VIP member’s
authorization code with or without their knowledge.
By doing so, you and all of your network/down line
hierarchy will automatically moved under he/she’s
down line. (If he/she refer to those from whom you
get the VIP authorization code just now). Although
you are now can download over 400+ e-Books with
other VIP members authorization but your down line
still moveable and have limited download up to 200+
e-Books only until they find out the VIP
authorization from any VIP members or you provide
your VIP authorization code once upgrade yourself. |

You also will lost your down line or your down
line will moved automatically to other VIP members
if they observe VIP authorization code from any
other VIP members. The best way to keep your down
line is to remain (fixed) under you is by upgrading
your membership status at least to VIP-Silver. Once
your upgrade to VIP, your direct, 1st down line will
be fixed automatically under you forever and no
longer moveable. They also can now automatically
access and download over 400+ e-Books. |

VIP members in order to get more download by
observing VIP authorization code from any VIP

membership (reseller code) if it is not sold to your

Gold member earn $10 USD at 1st level when
introduce any Gold members and $5 USD when introduce
any Silver members and so on up to 5th level as
shown in the left table above. |

While Silver & Free members earn $1 USD when
introducing any of VIP, Gold or Silver members at 5
levels. We strongly recommended all member upgrade
to Gold membership for their maximum return. |

|
- Level 2 to 5 is optional commission set by SEL
foundation for team work purpose (for members at
phase 1). The limitation of earning as follow:
• Phase 1: Combination of earning from Level 1 to
Level 5 with maximum return limit to 10 x membership
free; (Gold = $600, Silver = $400). Once the member
reach the maximum earn as per phase 1, they will
jump to phase 2.
• Phase 2: Further introduce new members will be
paid base on basic commission (1st level) only. |

These optional commission payment (level 2 to 5)
will be reviewed from time to time and SEL
foundation have right to terminate this commission
if needed and/or replace with other commission type. |
|
|
Minimum cash out is $10 USD dollars. Payment
will be made starting from 15th to 25th of every
month. Members are advice to request for cashout
before 15th of each month. Late request will be
processed the following month. |
* VIP members can
purchase with prepaid and have as much extra VIP-Gold
(reseller code) for their friends or selling it as the
middle person (distributor). Only VIP-Gold (reseller code)
can buy and not the VIP-Silver (reseller code). This is to
avoid the VIP-Silver (reseller code) being sold by
distributor at the price of VIP-Gold which is a loss for
those not buying through us. Additional buying of extra
VIP-Gold (reseller code) can also be bought through the
commission balance of the members account. This will avoid
transaction charge when cash out which will cut 3% to 4%.
Their friends who bought the VIP-Gold (reseller code) from
the middle person (distributor) have to activate the
purchased VIP authorization reseller code when they register
on-line at
www.smartebooklibrary.com and automatically become the
down line for the distributor and he is entitled to get
commission until the 5th level as their network expands.
