A1: Digital books or e-Books are simply electronic copies of

copies' counterparts. E-books also offer the convenience of
size and portability, you can store your own personal
library of e-Books on your PC, laptop or hand held devices.

Q2: Does the library have e-Books and how many e-Books
are available?
A2: Yes, you of cause, we are not like ordinary library that
offer just for view the books online but our collection
consists of a wide range of reference e-Books, textbooks,
and research materials in various subjects categories. There
are over 60 categories and each category may have over 100’s
of e-Books. The collections will expand over time through
our continuous search for new material. Through the Smart
e-Book Library (SEL) module software you can upload
unlimited e-Books as you wish.
Q3: How do I search for e-Books available through the
library online?

Q4: Can I download these e-Books to my computer and how
much the cost per e-Book?
A4: Yes, member can download for free, no cost at all. Free
members can download from 200+ to 400+ e-Books while VIP
members can download unlimited e-Books. We suggest to all
members to upgrade for VIP in order for them to have
unlimited download and to receive our Smart e-Book Library
(SEL) module software - all version in future. The software
is upload ready to use.
Q5: What is the Smart e-Book Library (SEL) Software?
A5: The collections of smartebooklibrary.com available in
software called Smart e-Book Library module – it’s simply an
‘offline’ library on your computer, it is your access to any
book, any time anywhere when needed during offline. The
software is a library module for e-Books that manage all the
e-Books according to subject categories and by authors.
Through our SEL module software, those ordinary e-Books can
turn to audible or audio books, you do not need another
version of audiobook of the title. Simply open any e-Book
through our software select any chapter then select play
button for hear. Moreover it’s upload ready to use, it does
not require the members to downloads anymore. You can even
update the library via online when there is a newer version
is available. You can even send any of those e-Book to you
friends via email. Text reading function, search function

A6: Our main target readers were from all levels; students,

Q7: What is required to read an e-Book?
A7: All you need is your PC or laptop.
Q8: Those e-Books in what format and which application
should I use to open for view the content?
A8: There are Adobe Reader (PDF), CHM, and HLP file type.
For CHM and HLP you are not required to install any
additional software to open but PDF type you should have
Adobe Reader installed to your pc. For windows Vista user
kindly follow the crack instruction in order to view the HLP

Q9: Is my PC is compatible?
A9: In most cases all the e-Book formats can support and can
be view under windows operating system environment. However
for Windows Vista you need to crack as instructed on the
above question. However in the future after you installed
our SEL software, you are not required to crack anymore. The
software will do themselves during installation process.
Q10: I'm a free member and only able to download 200+
e-Books at this moment, where can I observed VIP authorized
code in order for me to download over 400+ e-Books?
A10: You may enter to forum session and observe the VIP
authorized code from any of our VIP members or you can
upgrade your membership level to VIP for unlimited downloads
and to have the SEL module software.
Q11: If I upgrade to VIP member now, can I have the SEL
software and which version?
A11: Our SEL software expected to be ready on 1st quarter of
year 2009 and will be distributed for all VIP members around
the world. Make sure you shipping address are correctly
mentioned when you register. Our VIP member also will
receive all the update or newer version for free in future
once available.

Q12: VIP membership expiry - How often I need to renew my
membership?
A12: VIP membership is for life. NO monthly, quarterly, half
yearly or yearly basis renewal required.
Q13: What is the different between ‘Free’ and ‘VIP’
member in terms of their benefits, online facility,
membership fee and their commissions?
A13: Free member (no fee) have limited download and not
entiled to to receiver SEL software while VIP member (paid
for membership, Gold = $60 USD, Silver = $40 USD) they have
full access to library and entitled to receive our SEL
module software all version. VIP-Gold member receive high
commission pay down to 5 levels. Free members network down
line can be move to other VIP members while VIP member down
line fixed permanently under VIP member (non-moveable). Pls

membership fee and their earning commissions at 5 levels.
Q14: How do I become a VIP member?
A14: By upgrading or purchase VIP membership once for
lifetime, no renewal needed.
Q15: Whare can I buy the VIP membership?

2. You can also contact any of our VIP members or introducer
and ask their help to purchase VIP-Gold membership for you
if you are unable to purchase via online at
www.smartebooklibrary.com. All VIP members also act as
our distributor or middle person. Note, You can only
purchase VIP-Gold membership via third party (Distributor).
Then enter the special authorization code supply by them at
your user profile. Automatically you will be turned to
VIP-Gold member. If you are a newly registered member you
will become your distributor down line. If you already
become free member introduced by other members - now you
will be moved as down line from whom you purchase the
VIP-Gold membership just now. Once you turned to VIP member
you are one of our distributors now and can place order to
purchase with prepaid many as possible VIP-Gold membership

Q17: What is authorization code and what does it do for
me?
A17: An authorization code is a membership ID that our
system generate automatically when you register under
www.smartebooklibrary.com. Free member have free
authorization code and VIP member have their own VIP
authorization code. Once registered a free member can
download limited to 200+ e-Books. In order for them to
download over 400+ e-Books they can use any of our existing
VIP member authorization code. By doing so the free member
and all their network/down line will move under that VIP
member down line automatically. Pls see Plan and How it
works for further details.
Q18: How do I introduce new members to become my down
line?
A18: There are two method to introduce new members; (a)
On-line and (b) Off-line methods;
(a) On-line methods as usual you can use your referral link
such as

email to them and introduce. You can also send some e-Books
that you download for free while invite them to join by
using the link. If you are a free member you invited members
can only download to 200+ e-Books for free. If you are a VIP
member your direct down line (1st level) downloadable over

(b) Off-line method, you can use brochures, name card and
pamphlets in printable form and distribute to friends,
schools, college etc. This method is very useful for VIP
members. As you may know VIP authorization code can be use
to download over 400+ e-Books as compared to free member.
Make sure to clearly mentioned your VIP authorization code
in your printable copies before distribute to new members.
When new member register by using your VIP authorization
code automatically they become your down line forever. See

Q19: I'm a free member introduced by other free member
(my up line), what happen if I observed VIP authorized code
from other member in order for me to download over 400+
e-Book for free?
A19: After you enter the other VIP member authorization code
in user profile section, you and all your network (down
line) hierarchy will move from your original up line (free
member) to the new up line (VIP member) from whom you got
the VIP authorization code just now. Here is your original
up line will lost you as his down line. This is what we
called moveable membership; free member simply move from
free up line member to any VIP member’s down line.
Free member and all their free down line members can
download limited to 200+ e-Books until any one of them
observed VIP authorization code from any of our VIP member.
Q20: If I’m a VIP member can my 1st down line observed
VIP authorization code from other VIP member and become his
new down line?
A20: No. Once a free member register and become a down line
for VIP member either through on-line method or off-line
method (see Q&A: 18). This free member is able to access
over 400+ e-Books. There is no reason why he/she need to
move or jump to be under other VIP member. When a VIP member
introduce new members to
www.smartebooklibrary.com with their VIP authorization
code (on-line methode), this new member can automatically
download over 400+ e-Books. However your 2nd to 5th down
line still can observed VIP authorization code from any VIP
member because they still have limited downloadable eBooks.
Q21: How many level can one get commission and what is
the maximum earn limits for a member?
A21: All members can get 5 level commissions (See also
Q&A:16) for phase 1 or combination from Level 1 to Level 5
with maximum return limit to 10 x membership free; (Gold =
$600, Silver = $400). Once a member reach the maximum earn
as per phase 1, they will jump to phase 2. In phase 2,
further introduce new members will be paid base on basic
commission (1st level) only.
Q22: What is the minimum amount required for members to
cash out? When the payment will be made and how?
A22: $10 USD minimum required for all level of members for
cash out. Payment will be made on the 15th to 25th of every
month. 3% to 4% transaction charge will be deducted from
your commission as a payment gateway merchant service.
Members are advice to request for cashout before 15th of
each month. Late request will be processed the following
month. Foreign members (outside Malaysia) recommanded to
have a Paypal account for smooth payment process.
Q23: Can I make payment for upgrade to
VIP via ATM machine or online banking (without go through

A23: Yas, for Malaysian members can make payment for upgrade
to VIP via ATM machine or make online payment provide by
your local bank. $60 USD or RM228 for VIP-Gold & $40 USD or
RM152 for VIP-Silver membership. Then e-mail your payment
details such as username, amount, date and time to
admin@smartebooklibrary.com once we confirm the payment
your account (username) will be upgrade to VIP. Our Smart
