All e-Books that
user observed from our domain are free, however user are
advised to cross check the laws of your country before
downloading them. Most of our works are in the public domain
and a small percentage is done with permission. When books
are in the public domain, it means that they don't have a
copyright notice anymore or the publisher or the author did
not renew the copyright. In addition, copyright laws and
definition of intellectual property rights vary from country
to country and therefore people working for SEL have to
cross-check with several countries to make sure the book is
in the public domain in that particular language as the
Internet creates no barriers.
Not all items that are public domain in the one country are
public domain in other countries, and vice versa. For basic
information about copyright elsewhere, try this link to the
Online books page.
For some copyright items in the SEL Project collections
which are still under copyright protection are clearly
indicated as copyright in those e-Book's. Unless there is an
included license with the copyright items (such as a
creative commons license), you will need to contact the
copyright holder for any needed permissions. SEL cannot do
this on your behalf, and does not have any ability to
sub-license copyright works. The Foundation makes no representations concerning the copyright status of any work in any country as we are work base on public domain.

No Paperworks & Permissions
Most permission requests are not needed for use of e-Books,
images from e-Books, or extracts. The vast majority of Smart
e-Book Library (SEL) are in the public domain. This means
that nobody can grant, or withhold, permission to do with
this item as you. Read more about the public domain in
Wikipedia.
Smart e-Book Library (SEL) does not fill out permission
forms or otherwise grant permission for public domain items.
That's what "public domain" means: nobody can grant
permissions. We also do not process forms that somehow
confirm non-copyright status. If you don't trust the
statement in an e-Book that an item is in the public domain,
then some sort of form from the same place (SEL) that made
the public domain determination would be meaningless! If you
need further assurance or research that an item is in the
public domain, we recommend you arrange the research
yourself, to your own specifications.
The Collections
We at smartebooklibrary.com working continuously on public
domain to identify titles that educate, illuminate and
inform and compile them into e-Books for members to download

it can be downloaded by the members. After the SEL module
software available for updates or newer versions, all the
e-books will be uploaded and ready for use.
Reporting Errata
If you find an error in any eBooks, please report it to the
Errata Email address. Unfortunately there are many
outstanding errata reports (because each report, even a
trivial one, requires lots of research and often uncovers
other errors to be investigated). Our automated system will
hold your report until it can be attended to. Once the error
is corrected and updated, it will be replaced in from our
database.
